**Job Title: Service Desk Team Leader**

**Location: Daresbury**

**Salary: £40,000-£50,000**

My client are a fast-growing tech company in Daresbury and are looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Leader to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a background in law firms or MSPs to take the nextstep in their career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of service desk engineers
- Ensure the team is meeting and exceeding KPI's, including ticket queue times
- Monitor and manage the performance of the team and take action to improve where necessary
- Provide training and development opportunities for the team
- Ensure all team members are providing a high level of customer service

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or MSP
- Strong understanding of networking, virtualisation and servers
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with KPI's and ticket queue times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
