Ignata Finance are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a high growth FMCG client in West London. We are looking for an immediately available Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to take on a 6 month FTC, reporting directly to the CFO. It is a hybridworking pattern - 3 days per week in the office, 2 from home.
As Head of FP&A, you will have responsibility for the company's financial planning and analysis, ensuring all stakeholders are provided with meaningful, accurate and timely information, including board and executive-level reporting. With a strong a focus onstreamlining and refining data driven process, the role will also be instrumental in driving the strategic growth of the business.
About the role
- To partner with the business to deliver timely and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and growth.
- To produce and present monthly board packs and quarterly sales forecasts.
- To streamline and refine current processes, data collation and financial modelling with view to achieve optimal efficiency
- To collaborate with the CFO, CEO, Demand Planners and sales teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
Key skill sets
- CCAB qualified
- Experience working in FMCG or retail.
- Use of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and team management experience
- Experience working within a PE environment would be advantageous.
Working Pattern:

- Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
- £100 - £120k FTC
