This role of **Sales Administrator **reports to the Chief Operational Officer, and full training will be given.

**The main duties include**:

- _Processing and invoicing Trade orders_
- _Trade customers service; enquiries, new orders, returns, credits, and aftersales_
- _Responsible for inside sales, customer service, and communication_
- _Support to Customers and Outside Sales Representatives_

They will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and keen to work in a friendly sales team whilst ensuring accuracy of our orders and excellent customer service is maintained.

**Required Skills**:

- IT literate in a Microsoft Office environment with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Browser
- Excellent data input skills and the ability to accurately input all electronic data in real time
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as accurate numeracy skills
- Able to build effective and enduring relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Creative problem solving skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to challenges.
