**Typical Duties Include**:

- Discusses client’s requirements and advises the client on the purchase of property for investment and other purposes.
- Advises vendors and purchasers on market prices of property, accompanies clients to view the property.
- Negotiates property purchases, sales, leases or tenancy agreements and arranges legal formalities with solicitors, building societies and other parties.
- After-sales transaction support.
- Assists owner-occupiers on their move-in, provide assistance to owner-occupiers with setting up utilities, Internet and council tax.
- Assists owner-occupiers in renting out the propertyand other rental management.
- Produces advertisement articles and postings for Wechat.
- Dealing day to day with customer queries and complaints, providing a high level of customer service in an empathetic and understanding manner.

**Job Requirements**:

- A high standard of both written and spoken Mandarin is essential
- Experience working with the sales team is preferred.
- Experience using Chinese social media sites, especially Wechat.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Outstanding people skills and an impressive client focus to build lasting relationships with partners and customers.
- To be organized and efficient to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work full time 5 days a week on a rotating shift, including semi-regular weekend work.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
