Our client is currently recruiting on a permanent basis for a Paint Sprayer to work within their well-established team in their facility on Deeside Industrial Estate. The site has considerable investment and as a result they are recruiting on a permanent basis to join their friendly and long standing team.

**Duties**:

- You will be involved with all aspects of the painting process - from confirming all prior assembly and test have been completed, to preparing and stripping parts, ordering any required materials, mixing the paint and coatings and accurately ensuring components are painted to business standard.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, Ideally within the aerospace industry.
- High attention to detail to achieve quality end products.
- Strong communication to work with cross-functional teams.

- Competitive starting salary with room to develop with transparent pay bands to be moved up through as early as after a 6 month probation
- Annual Bonus at £1000 dependent on site performance
- Over time available as an option - 1.3x mid-week, 1.5x on a Saturday and 2x on a Sunday
