**Job title**:Guillotine Operator

**Location**:South Kirkby

**Hours of work**:08:00 - 16:30

**PAYE rate**:£13 - £15 per hour

**Overtime is paid at 1.5x**

**THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM ROLE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain a guillotine machine to cut materials according to specifications
- Set up and adjust the machine for different cutting tasks
- Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect the quality of cut materials using calipers or other measuring tools
- Assemble and package cut materials for further processing or shipment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating a guillotine machine or similar equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of garment construction, millwork, or machining is a plus
- Familiarity with sewing machines and other tools used in the production process
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
