**Your Role.**

As our Finance Officer you will support the activities of the Finance Team through the accurate completion of day to day activities within agreed timescales.

As part of your role you will:

- Support the activities of the Finance Team through completion of tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Manage all Purchase and Sales Ledger activities, including credit control.
- Prepare and post journals.
- Perform reconciliations (banks and ledgers).
- Assist with month-end activities to ensure timely close off of accounts.
- Assist in the production of financial statements, reports and correspondence as required.
- Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.

**What You Need To Have**

To do this job well you need to have:

- 2+ years in Finance Administration experience
- AAT Qualification
- Proactive attitude and keen to learn
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communicator to be able to deliver excellent service to internal customers.
- Natural self-motivation and also the ability to work as part of a busy team
- Pride, Pace & Precision in your work

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
