**More about your role**

As Finance Business Partner you will play a crucial role in providing a professional and comprehensive partnering service to our Group Central Services. An exciting role as you will be working closely with senior stakeholders up to Exec level. You will support in the production of monthly management accounts, analysing variances and trends, forecasting and assisting the business area leads with the production and delivery of their budgets.

You will ensure the production of quality and timely management accounts for your key business areas as well as analysing and interpreting variances and trends that occur in the management accounts. You will continuously drive process improvements and implement new processes to create efficiencies with the performance reporting of the Group Support Services,

**More about you**

To be successful in this role you need to a strong communicator, able to partner at senior level with strong commercial skills. You will be able to and will enjoy working in a busy environment, being able to juggle a high workload and conflicting deadlines.

The ability to understand your audience is key, and you will be able to analyse data and deliver information in a clear and user-friendly manner. You will hold a professional accounting qualification, (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA), this can be a finalist.
