We've taken on such a role with our clients, a highly successful and established estate agency, that is looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Shirehampton area.

**The successful Valuer will be offered**:

- £20,000 - £30,000 Basic
- £60,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- Company Car
- Pension
- Career progression

**Working hours**:

- Work from home
- Monday to Friday
- Every other Saturday

**Valuer requirements**:

- Experience as a Valuer
- Full UK driving licence
- Highly motivated and driven
- Knowledge of the local and surrounding areas
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage own workload and be organised

**Valuer duties will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties
- Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
- Engage and support customers throughout their journey
- Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
- Reporting to the Area Manager
