An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Property Management Team in a Void Officer role.

You will be the first person a customer meets when viewing a Stockport Homes property. First impressions are everything and you’ll need to build rapport quickly, show them around the empty property, answer their questions and ensure you offer all services available through Stockport Homes.

No two days will ever be the same. Time will be spent out in the borough on viewings and then office based supporting the team when completing weekly shortlists & sign ups.

We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner, problem solver and has desire to go the extra mile to ensure the property meets the need of our customers.

We are seeking individuals who:

- Demonstrate a passion for our customers and communities and thrive on collaborating with others to effect positive change.
- Are excellent communicators who create clear and concise information for our customers, colleagues, and wider stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with the confidence to influence thinking and actions.
- Team Player - the ability to support others with enthusiasm, credibility and a commitment to our mission and values.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle are essential
