**You will be working for**:
Carlton Academy Trust is a Bradford-based Trust established in 2019. The Trust mission statement is ‘Excellence For All’. **What’s in it for you**:
You will gain experience of providing practical and creative support in analysis of data within the Data and Exam team.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Creating templates and mark sheets to enable effective data analysis of any school based data sources, in accordance with the specific needs of the school at that time
- Using Excel and other software packages to analyse school performance data
- Assisting in the administration of student’s records when needed
- Assisting the exam officer in the organisation of internal and external examinations
- Assisting in the administration of the school’s timetable
- Assisting in the school’s curriculum option process on school management information systems
- Booking rooms using the schools room booking system using the appropriate software
- Producing reports in line with the current school protocols
- Working as part of the school administration team at specific times during the year when appropriate
- Assisting in the school’s data collection cycle
- Inputting/exporting data to and from third party sources into assessment software packages
- Undertaking any reasonable duties relating to data, exams or other elements of the job description

**Entry requirements**:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
**Working week**:
35 Hours per week, 9am - 5pm. Term time only + 10 Days
**Future prospects**:
92% of QA Apprentices secure full-time employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
