**What you will be doing**
- Definition and delivery of risk monitoring programs
- Definition and delivery of risk improvement plans
- Provision of Health and Safety advice and technical governance for new projects ensuring the plant is safe by design.
- To provide in-depth support for incident investigations in relation to significant process or asset failures
- To review and maintain Thames Water Health and Safety procedures, standards, and documents to current industry and legislative standards.

**What you should bring to the role**
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent higher-level Health & Safety qualification
- Chartered Membership of IOSH
- Demonstrable knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental legislation
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Fully competent at using the appropriate company IT systems and office software.
- Full UK Driving license.

- **Competitive salary from £46,000 to 60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.**:
