**Key Responsibilities**
- Issue invoices to customers
- Sending out customer statements
- Setting up new accounts in ledger system
- Accurate processing and allocation of customer payments
- Respond to and resolve queries in a timely manner
- Releasing of orders based on terms and status of customer account.
- Ad hoc projects

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience at least 1 years' experience in Credit Control or Customer Services
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy & efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative; enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Competent in Microsoft Programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel)

**Salary for this role starts at £22,000 PA dependent upon experience**
