Hi-Force is a thriving, family-owned company that has been trading since 1982. An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Daventry to support the Warehouse/Logistic Department in achieving required delivery dates.

**Job Type**: Full-Time (39 hours per week) - 8.00am until 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday with a half-hour unpaid break for lunch and 8.00am until 3.30pm, Friday with a half-hour unpaid break for lunch.

Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

Duties
- Assist with the receiving and checking of all incoming freight from suppliers.
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions are completed accurately.
- Ensure stock is correctly organised and arranged int he warehouse.
- Picking and packing of material for customers orders ensuring this is carried out accurately and professionally.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Load and unload delivery truck by hand or with pallety jack.
- Carry out any other duties as required and deemed appropriate.

Person Specification
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and in material handling is preferred.
- Hardworking, organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to meet all the requirements of the role, including using required equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders.
- Willing to take responsibility with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Holder of a valid UK forklift license is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £23,827.17 per year
