Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a varied, key role within the organisation and you will be joining at an exciting time of growth and development.

As the main point of contact for the Sales Department, the Sales Administrator key responsibilities include answering incoming calls from customers, dealing with all queries, booking of virtual and onsite meetings for the salespeople and accurate processing of orders. Great communication skills and IT skills will be required as well as a sense of urgency to assist the sales department in achieving their targets.

**Duties of the Sales Administrator include**:

- Answer incoming calls from new enquires, advising on outstanding quotes and orders and advising present or prospective customers accordingly
- Contact existing and potential customers to book virtual and onsite meetings for sales team and recording information on the bespoke system
- Process incoming orders
- Help customers with new orders by checking data accuracy and contact clients with any issues or answer queries
- Liaise with other teams to ensure order processes correctly
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Work with Sales Manager to develop monthly sales reports using bespoke software - full training will be provided
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Work with Sales Manager to ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- At least 2 years working in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting a busy sales team
- A good understanding of Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- A passion for providing top-quality support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work comfortably in a busy environment

**Hours & Benefits**
- Part time role - 3 days per week 9-5pm (Pro-rata salary based on full time hours of 37.5 per week)
