Established in 1993, our client are a RIBA Chartered practice specialise in Interior Design and Architectural design for the Leisure and Hospitality sectors. The current team of around 6 Designers and Architects are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Interior Designer to join their team to work across exciting commercial, hospitality, and leisure projects with a variety of clients; currently, the sort of projects our client are working on include bowling centres, bingos, health and fitness clubs, and nighttime entertainment venues.

This role is based in the Birmingham on a flexible basis. Meetings are conducted on Mondays to coordinate diaries and work loads to then determine how much everyone will be in the studio; typically, this looks like 3 days working from the studio/ on-site and 2 days from home. Flexibility is also offered to accommodate travelling or family commitments. This role offers 20 days holiday plus statutory holidays, including a studio-wide close between Christmas and New year.

As an Interior Designer joining this team, these are the **_REQUIREMENTS_** and **_RESPONSIBILITIES_** to be considered for the role:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in the Commercial and Leisure design sector.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** software (for working drawings and tender packages).
- Proficient in the **Adobe Creative Suites** (for presentations).
- Client liaison and presentation skills and experience.
- High level of creativity/ design flair.
- Site experience.
- Contractor, sub-contractor, and supplier liaison experience.
