We are looking for a 9 month fixed term maternity cover for our busy Mental Health Crisis Hub reception area.

You should have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

In order to provide reception cover and administrative support to the Team, you will ideally have had some previous experience of working in a fast paced environment which has involved supporting a large multi-disciplinary team.

You will be answering the phone and video entry door to all of our patients and will be their first point of contact. You will also be supporting our team administrators in preparing correspondence and reports using a range of electronic media and we also use computerised patient record databases, so excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential.

We will offer you regular supervision in order to support you in this role, which will focus on opportunities for further development and training.

The post will be part of an administration team that exists to provide an important administration and Out Patient service to several teams within Mental Health Services based at Eaglestone Health Centre. The post holder will be the first point of contact for the patients and demonstrate exemplary customer service skills.
