About the role
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are looking for experienced Cellar Porters to join our Back of House team at Anfield Stadium.

Previous experience within cellar management (maintaining stock levels and changing kegs) is required.

In this key behind-the-scenes role, you will be based in various back and front of house catering locations situated around the stadium.

Main Responsibilities
- Cellar management (maintaining stock levels within cellars, changing kegs, cleaning of cellars, production management using the ‘first in, first out’ method).
- Ensure that any requested equipment, furniture, or stock, is delivered to the right place at the right time, and to carry products from one area of the ground to the other.
- Accepting deliveries in the loading bay and delivering stock to the relevant locations.
- Make sure each back of house area is cleared of rubbish and left tidy at the end of each match.
- Ensure bars are restocked if requested.
- Ensure rubbish and bottles are cleared from bars during or immediately after functions or matches.
- Ensure rooms and kiosks are set up as directed.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for applicants who have worked within a similar environment and have experience changing kegs, maintaining stock levels, and production management (first in, first out’ method).

This role is a key position here Liverpool Football Club and is an excellent way to gain an insight to understanding the back of house catering and hospitality industry. This position can involve manual lifting and long hours on your feet.
