Assistant/graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a UK-based Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work with our experienced commercial team at our London office.
Due to planned growth for the foreseeable future, we have an opportunity for an Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join us.
This is a fantastic opportunity with excellent career prospects.
The role would suit someone with experience of a QS/commercial role.
**Key Responsibilities of the Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor**:
- Handling, controlling, and billing of work record sheets
- Preparation of billing for a variation work elements
- Responding to client queries
- Identifying pricing and agreeing change
- Sub-contract appraisals
- Cost reporting
- Preparation of detailed final accounts
**Essential Skills**:
- Highly organised and motivated
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with people at all levels
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure delivery is achieved within set timescales
- Computer literate, with the ability to learn new software packages quickly
- Plenty of initiative and an innovative approach to problem-solving
