We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Duties**:

- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative displays
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist with deliveries as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Ability to sell products and upsell additional items to customers
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £7.66-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
