**Discover the role**

We are looking for an Events Planner to manage all events to include external enquiries, in house events and corporate clients and group bookings for rooms and restaurant; to a high standard from start to finish. As Events planner you will be responsible for room and table reservations and enquiries at the hotel as individual bookings and group bookings on a daily basis.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Interacting with customers in a professional, friendly and confident manner
- Handling guest reservations and bookings to the correct standard
- Building rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business
- Communicating and sharing knowledge with other hotel departments on a regular basis
- Managing and executing private event requests

- Situated in the heart of Devon, Lympstone Manor sits between Exeter and Exmouth and overlooks the Exe Estuary. Our address is Lympstone Manor, Courtlands Lane, Exmouth, EX8 3NZ.

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?
- You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
