FRS are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join a well established business based in Edgbaston.

You will be working with the Financial Controller and given full training and support when joining the business. The company work on site, Monday to Friday in the office with career opportunities available for those looking to pursue a career within finance.

**Duties Will Include**
- Maintain cash book
- Coding and processing invoices
- Undertake weekly banking responsibilities
- Ensure staff expenses are correct, coded and entered on the system whilst checking the relevant manager approves them
- Support the wider finance department
- Maintain productive relationships with teams and ensure efficiency and accuracy of records
- Responding to customer queries
- Review creditors and debtors
- Updating ledgers
- Weekly payments schedule for suppliers and refunds
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
