Workweeks staffing and recruitment agency is looking for four professional and customer-focused individuals to join our team for "On-Demand" temporary contracts as an **event steward**. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to event attendees, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all.
- Help manage crowds, by monitoring capacity limits and managing queues to streamline access.
- Direct event attendees to the appropriate areas and answer inquiries regarding the event,
- Monitor entrances and exits, ensuring proper access control is maintained.
- Respond calmly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure the overall success of the event.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an event steward, customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed oriented mindset to ensure effective management.
- A flexible and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Flexible availability to work when required and on demand basis.
