Office Junior

Talbot Walker LLP is seeking an Office Junior to join our well-established firm in Andover Hampshire. You will assist in the smooth running of the LLP by providing a range of support services within the general office function.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Assisting with general office duties
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
- Diary management
- General file administration including opening, closing and archiving
- Scanning documents, photocopying, printing letters, and locating enclosures
- Audio typing

Skills/ Experience:

- Good IT skills are essential
- Good written and communication skills
- Be a team player and have pride in your work

We offer a competitive salary and flexible/part-time working arrangements. We do not offer working from home for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
