At this time Teach360 is currently looking for a Behaviour mentor to join a SEMH school located in the heart of Southwark. The school, are seeking an experienced Behaviour mentor to join their vibrant staffing team.

**About the role: Behaviour Mentor SEMH provision
- Southwark**
- An amazing opportunity for a strong, hardworking individual who shows great resilience when working with young people.
- Liaise with the class teacher and other members of the behavioural team about the progress of the students
- Your responsibility as a Behaviour Mentor is you’ll be working in a secondary school providing support to children who suffer with challenging behaviour.
- You will be working on a 1:1 level or sometimes in groups in and outside the classroom.
- Your role as a Behaviour Mentor will be to work with a range of children with different needs such as, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.
- It’s essential that the ideal Behaviour Mentor is quick on their feet and proactive ready for any complex situations.
- Experience with Team-Tech and physical handling training is desirable.
