We are a Plumbing and electrical contractor specialising in the new build sector - providing a high quality of work and getting it right first time.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plumbing Customer Care Technician covering new build sites accross the North West with our main hub being in St Helens.

Our sites are predominently in the Preston, Cheshire, Manchester Area.

As a Plumbing Customer Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to properties within their warranty period, resolving plumbing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing problems, conducting repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner. You will also communicate effectively with customers, providing guidance and advice on plumbing-related matters. Some Boiler servicing will be required as the occasional work on site.

This is a Monday-Friday role with no weekend working required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in plumbing or a related field
- GAS SAFE IS A MUST
- CSCS card required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components
- Strong plumbing repair knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve plumbing issues
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Valid plumbing license or certification.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects

As well as working for a busy and thriving company you will be provided with a company vehicle, company uniform and health & safety equipment. You will have 21 days paid holiday as well as paid bank holidays.

Pay: £39,000.00 per year
