Bridge Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Administrator with experience from a Manufacturing or Engineering background. The purpose of the role is to ensure the products are out for delivery to the clients on time. You will be required to progress the orders along, working with the Workshop Manager and Quality Manager to ensure the customer requirement are met.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø First point of contact to Sub-contractors and Customers with regards to progress of their order.

Ø Responsible for customer orders through the manufacturing process

Ø Ensuring the deliveries on-Time-In-Full (OTIF)

Ø Update by return of customer progress reports

Ø Attend In-house and external customer meetings

Ø Support the packing & dispatch department

Ø Assisting the Workshop Manager in planning of production control (i.e. allocation of work to sheet metal workers)

Ø Support of Production Manager and Quality Manager

Ø Carry out other necessary tasks as required

You will be required to streamline the production process and identify and resolve any areas in the process with a view to eliminating a production backlog.

Production Admin experience is required to fulfill this role.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
