Logistics & Supply Chain Manager - FMCG - £40,000 to £45,000 pa - Monday-Friday

The specialist FMCG manufacturing department at Search Recruitment Group are extremely excited to bring a brilliant opportunity to the market as we are currently looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to join this fast growing, innovative Productionfacility based in Porthmadog. The role will be working 8 hour shifts from Monday
- Friday.
The expected responsibilities for the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager include:

- To organise the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods
- To ensure the end to end delivery of product and goods to maintain maximum efficiency in the Production department
- To track and provide on time customer orders
- Maintain all stock levels and stock rotation
- To ensure that all compliance and Health and safety issues are dealt with efficiently, effectively and accurately
- Coordinating vehicles and loads to provide on time deliveries
- Liaise with third parties to co-ordinate on site and off-site storage
- Look at cost management and provide cost savings where applicable
- Communicate and organise shipments
Required experience:
Experience working within a manufacturing business in a similar role
