Recently rated "good" by Ofsted in all areas, we are a small **Nursery / Early Years** **Childcare & Nursery School Provider** for children from 0-5 years of age in Crouch Hill/Hornsey Rise/Islington area, London (in walking distance from Crouch Hill Overground Station) and are looking for **Level 3** **or above **_**qualified and experienced childcare professionals**_ to fill various roles at our Nursery (mostly **full-time and/or part-time** roles or as a **bank staff**):

You must be reliable, punctual, creative, resourceful, proactive and enthusiastic, with a "happy spirit" and passion for early years education and development to help us provide the highest quality childcare.

**Your role as Early Years Educator will include**:
- Provide high standards of quality childcare within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Observe, support and extend children's learning.
- Plan appropriately for children using the curriculum of excellence/ pre-birth to three.
- Maintain accurate and effective children's records.
- Promote the nursery to potential parents
- Work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
- Demonstrate good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion.
- Ensure that children are kept safe and understand when necessary to follow Safeguarding Procedures.
- Be a Key Person carrying out all related responsibilities for building relationships with a group of children and their families.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Work in a team with other staff members.
- **Minimum Requirements**:_
- Level 3 (NVQ 3 or equivalent) in childcare or above
- previous experience / employment in childcare
- sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), safeguarding and ratios
- pedatric First Aid and enhanced DBS (can be obtained in due course of the interview process)
- Availability to work a flexible shift pattern within nursery opening hours (7:30am - 18:30pm) all year, excluding bank holidays closures (not just term time).
