Sales & Lettings Administrator
South West London
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs leading property companies and professional brands as Sales & Lettings Administrator. You will be based in one of their prestigious South West London offices, supporting the Sales & Lettings team with administrativeduties, ensuring the office is kept pristine at all times and providing exceptional customer service.
This is a varied role, ideal for somebody who has previous industry experience and excellent administration skills. You must have an approachable and positive attitude and be a good team player.
Sales & Lettings Administrator Job Role:
**Tenancy progression (paperwork, pre tenancy works, etc)
**Key & diary management - booking in appointments & viewings, releasing & receiving the keys
**Compliance for sales and lettings: AML checks, ensuring properties meet legislation requirements
**Sales progression & administration
**Invoicing for sales & lettings department
**Keeping on top of health and safety in the workplace
**Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
**Changing the window display and ensuring office is kept tidy
**Ordering office supplies & being in charge of the petty cash
**Working closely with Sales and Lettings Managers
**Drawing up company brochures for the negotiators
Office Coordinator Profile:
**Strong administrative experience
**Experience of supporting a team
**Strong communication skills
**Advanced Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Reapit preferably
**Time management skills
**Previous experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
Package:
**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Hours: 8.30am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
Located: South West London
