**About The Role**:

**until 12th July 2024.**

As a Lecturer of Mathematics at EKC group you will teach, facilitate learning and assess students in a variety of learning environments and styles, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all. Your role will also include providing support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential. Your role will be focussed and driven by student progress and you will be responsible for implementing interventions to prepare students for upcoming examinations.

**About You**:
Ideally you will have experience of teaching mathematics at GCSE and all functional skills levels, although this isn't essential as training will be offered to the successful applicant. You must have a positive outlook, be empathetic towards learners and have strong class management skills.
- You will need to be a team player as the mathematics department collaborate regularly on lessons and resources design. You will be responsible for sharing best practice to allow the collective team to be the best that they can be for the benefit of our learners.
- Please note that there are two salary scale points for our Lecturer positions. A_
- Therefore, internal applicants may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification._
