Venn Group has been approached by a Local Contractor to recruit for a Joiner on a temporary to permanent contract.

The duties will include:

- Internal repairs on tenanted social housing properties
- Complete all aspects of joinery including hanging doors, fitting windows, 1st & 2nd fix repairs
- Completing works in one of the following areas:

- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Patch plastering
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

- CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent
- Skills and experience in Social Housing in one of the following:

- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)
