**Role Overview**

As a part time Found Sales Assistant you will have responsibility for delivering an exceptional customer experience based on knowledge of our products and a desire to talk with our customers about it in a way that will help them to feel especially looked after. Previous experience of working in a retail environment is desirable, along with a thirst to educate yourself in our market leading products.

**Role Description**
- Have a deep understanding of our products origins, key features, availability and seek to offer advice to all customers
- Customer service is key. A friendly, professional and informative interaction with customers is vital
- Contribute towards store feedback to store manager regarding stock performance and customer feedback
- Confident in dealing with customer queries
- Seek development and training of own skill set to continually improve performance
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all, adhering to risk assessments
- You will be a Brand Ambassador, representing Found both visually and behaviourally at all times
