Our client seeks to employ an enthusiastic General Farm Worker to join their pig/arable enterprise in Essex (CM5).

The family farming business operates a breeding to finishing indoor pig unit, with just over half the progeny on-site. The multi-site farm also spans 330 hectares, growing four combinable crops.

**The role**:

- Working with the rest of the team to help meet targets.
- General farm work associated with both enterprises - Pig & Arable plus maintenance, tractor driving, moving stock, workshop duties etc.

- Willing to listen & learn
- Enthusiastic
- Able to work under pressure
- Good with animals (calm and patient)
- Willing to get stuck in
- A clean driving license is required.
- Previous experience within the commercial pig and/or arable enterprise(s) is desirable but not essential
- Some experience in driving forklifts, telehandlers and/or tractors would be an advantage
- Basic IT Skills (Excel)
