**Executive PA - Harrow**

Wayman Education is looking for an Executive PA to start a full-time position in one of our client schools in Harrow. The school is looking for someone who has experience working as a PA in a school. You will be working within the school to ensure that thehead teacher is always supported with administration tasks.

PA to Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team - Term time only, working 5 days per week, 8am until 4pm

Experienced School PA required to provide a confidential and personal service to the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team for this Southwark based secondary school.

**As PA to the Head Teacher some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide effective secretarial and administrative support
- Drafting correspondence, reports, policies, press releases on behalf of the Head Teacher
- First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
- Screen and prioritise - to act as gatekeeper
- Diary Management
- Deal with parental queries in the absence of the Head Teacher
- Minute taking of school meetings
- Support the workload of the office team.
- To provide a confidential and personal service to the Business Manager with HR administration
- Contribution to school events
- To provide key support for the recruitment process of staff.

**To fulfil the role of PA to Head Teacher, you will have / be**:

- Proven PA experience, obtained within an educational environment is essential
- Ideally have a current DBS but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to prioritise workload with minimum supervision

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of senior management support
- Experience of working with customers internal and or external either face to face or by phone
- Business Support experience, including regular use of ICT systems
- Support for meetings which could include arranging dates, room bookings and preparation of agendas, note taking and any other related tasks
