Fire Door Surveyor

A leader in the provision of fire protection services is looking for a fire door surveyor to carry out non-intrusive surveys within a large commercial property. You will be based on one site, completing multiple surveys of approximately 650 doors.
- Good technical knowledge of fire doors and compartmentation
- Experience working within live environments
- The ability to liaise and report to clients where required
- Experience surveying fire doors using tracing software
- NVQ or equivalent in carpentry or passive fire protection
- Relevant fire door inspection qualification
- Own transport

**Responsibilities include**:

- Identifying points for correction on fire door
- Writing advisory actions for joiners to fire stoppers to carry out Managing appointments alongside your team of project coordinators
- Providing technical advice for the project delivery team
- Assisting your operations manager where needed
