Accounts Administrator

**Accounts Administrator**
Responsible for purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, and banking reconciliation on a daily basis.
Manage and run debt control, to include customers with payment plans, collecting payments, credit check on new customers and run monthly statements.
Reconcile accounts on a monthly and yearly basis, including preparation of journal entries and timely filing of records to keep accurate financial company records.
Must have aptitude for numbers, accounting procedures and be familiar with Sage.
Experienced in a busy office environment working as a team, you will be required to answer phones and deal with any customer queries.
Must be courteous, professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
