- _Utilising our CRM and multiple job boards and other innovative way to find the relevant people for our jobs._
- _Networking within your market by going to events, utilising social media and connecting._
- _Creating great relationships with multiple senior stakeholders across the business._

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience within a similar role either Agency or Internal
- Understanding of ATS systems - Greenhouse preferable.
- Team collaboration
