Estate Operative

BDS are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Bexley heath and Erith for a well established Housing Association.

Main duties include but are not limited too;
- To be responsible for reporting faults and repairs, situations concerning anti-social activity, and bulk rubbish as seen on the estates
- To be responsible for providing a litter picking service to ensure estates are maintained to a safe standard.
- To be responsible for providing a high standard cleaning service to communal areas in blocks including lifts, stairwells, floors, walls and windows.
- To maintain clear, tidy and safe refuse areas such as bin stores, chute rooms and hoppers, following specific cleaning specifications and standards.

You will need to be a driver with a full license (work van provided)

This is a full time role, Monday
- Friday 7am
- 3pm

This is a temp to perm position to start ASAP

Pay rate; £12.19 PH PAYE- £16.18 PH UMB

**Salary**: £12.19-£16.18 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
