This is probably one of _the most important roles_ in our business, the Sales Team. The sales persons role is to provide our potential members with a quality enrolment conversation, providing them with appropriate information and program suggestions to achieve their goals - bringing them into our Signature programs. You’re always expected to bring your Smile, Energy, Enthusiasm and A-Game to help our members make the right buying decision that aligns with their goals and are the **best fit** for our community.

Here are some of the **core** responsibilities (a full detailed list will be provided at the interview stage)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**.

Please note, that you’ll be expected to agree upon set hours to deliver these activities and should be available mornings, afternoons and evenings (up until 8pm ish), alongside Saturday morning to deliver the expected results outlined.
- **Call Enquiries** - You will be the first point of call for prospective clients interested in our services. We’ll hand you leads thorough our targeted marketing campaigns and it’ll be down to you to **call** these leads and provide them with information on our services, with the goal of bringing them onboard as paying clients. Yes, we’ll provide you with the tech and scripts.
- **Tracking Enquiries** - A large proportion of potential clients will need to be contacted more than once before they commit. It will be your responsibility to track these enquiries, to do the call-backs and _consistent _follow-ups needed to convert potential clients into actual clients.
- **Maintaining Relationships With Existing Clients **- Attracting new clients is only part of the puzzle, as keeping clients in the fitness industry is almost as challenging. As such, you will have a role in maintaining relationships with existing clients. Ensuring they are kept up-to-date with the latest promotions and add-on packages, to ensure that their membership is maintained.
- **Working With Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System** - You will need to become familiar with our database management system and be able to add new and prospective clients to the system, track them _consistently_ and follow up to reach agreed targets. You will also need to be able to rapidly extract data from the system.
- **Following Company BOD & EOD Procedures**:

- You’ll be expected to follow our Beginning Of Day Procedures to get yourself into a peak state to perform at your best and to identify the Plan Of Action for tackling lead flow and follow ups. You’ll be expected to communicate daily performance in Call Volume, Lead Follow Up, Close % etc to management via Whatsapp.

**RESULTS**

Providing a 5 star sales experience, where potential clients feel that we are the best fit for their goals and want to be part of the TRANSFORM Fitness experience. You’ll be expected to onboard 15-20 new clients every month minimum to be successful in this role.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Preferably you’ll have a background within the fitness industry as this will give you an edge to talk in depth about our programs, services and how they may benefit prospective clients
- A background in sales will provide a **strong advantage** and enable you to hit the ground running and make OTE (on track earnings as quickly as possible).

- **People skills**: You’re going to be talking, coaching and working with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success and be able to provide our members with an amazing, memorable experience. You need to LOVE working with people - that’s a must As it is essential that you both fit into our dynamic and outgoing team, as well as are able to interact on a daily basis with our wide-ranging clientele base. To do this you need to be positive, outgoing, energised and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our clients get the best possible service.
- **Client Centric**: Our members are the heartbeat of our business and as such, having a client focused approach to coaching and session delivery is essential. You’ll have heart, empathy and care, so that you can provide emotional and motivational support to our members.
- **Integrity**: Be someone who follows through with what they say they’re going to do, with yourself, with our potential members and with management.
- **Excellent Communication**: Must be able to communicate with clients and management in a timely, professional and concise manner..
