Job Advert **Do you have a strong knowledge and a flare for social media? Are you passionate about creating innovate and stand out content?**

Working alongside the Senior Content Manager you will play a critical role in driving forward and developing Asda's paid social media outputs to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be responsible for leading a roster of agencies and directreport to develop best in class content to answer business needs and grow Asda's overall brand.

**Your role**:

- Working with Senior Content Manager and Senior Social Transformation Manager to develop and implement a paid social media strategy that meets ambitious growth and engagement targets
- Utilising your social expertise, knowledge across a breadth of different social platforms and performance metrics to drive forward Asda's paid social media to create best in class and innovative social content to reach and engage our customers
- Your role will closely work with our internal Campaign team and our agencies (internal and external) to understand creative big idea and strategy, campaign development and principles to drive campaign consistencies through to paid social
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business to harness content opportunities that deliver against the business need
- Working closely with our Social Transformation team, Asda's Media team and platform owners to build knowledge of social media platforms, innovations, and trends to drive Asda's relevancy
- Ensure campaigns are measured and reported against agreed objectives and KPI's with insights and recommends taking into future campaigns

**About You**
- You will have an agency or client background with experience of managing projects related to social, media and or creative
- A proven track record in managing an agency
- Strong knowledge across a variety of social media platforms and a view of what makes for effective and engaging content
- Ability to innovate and think outside the box
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage and inspire agencies
- Ability to lead a team to land projects within reactive timescales
- Line management experience
