HR Administrator

We are recruiting for temporary HR Administrators for a minimum of 3 months that have the potential to become permanent. We have the opportunity for you to work within the? HR Recruitment sector and gain invaluable knowledge in the industry. We are looking for individuals to work full-time for a renowned retailer based in the Morley area. The role is hybrid with the option to work a minimum of one day in their spacious, open plan offices.
**The role**
You will be working within a HR department, handling administration around internal colleague matters such as payroll, holidays, absence, occupational health referrals. A very varied role, dealing with queries on ticketing system. The role will involve data entry, dealing with employee questions relating to above matters and coordinating with other departments within HRSS to ensure correct employee details.
**Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required.**
- You will need to be organised with a high attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. Ideally, you will have administration experience however the ability to pick up new IT systems is essential, experience of working on a ticketing system is desirable but not essential.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- The ability to adapt and work flexibly with changing work demands and tasks.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 5 days over 7 (1 weekend day every week or full weekend every two weeks)
Location: Morley, Leeds for 3 - 4 weeks whilst training and then hybrid with a minimum of 1 day a week on-site
