They are a quickly growing business and on the back of success they are seeing a significant increase in customer contact. Which means they are needing more Collections Advisors to lead from the front in supporting customers and keep them on the top of their game. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working around the Watford area for the right enthusiastic and proactive individual who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Collections Advisor duties and responsibilities;
- Advise customers on collections proceedings and process
- Work with customers to ensure accurate collections
- Demonstrating fantastic customer service expertise, such as empathy and listening skills, using the information shared with you to support your customers to make informed decisions
- Partner with internal stakeholders
- Assist on projects
- Support the manager to develop professionally

**The Successful Applicant**:
Collections Advisor experience and characteristics required;
- Prior Collections or B2C credit controller experience
- Be a good communicator, great listener and able to demonstrate empathy when needed
- Ideally have FCA regulations current or prior knowledge
- An understanding of regulatory requirements within the fin. services industry or a strong willingness to learn.
- Be confident about speaking to customers on the phone, and updating systems with what you have agreed
- You have a can-do attitude and want to build a career within financial services
