Credit Controller - £23,000 -Permanent - Trafford Park
This National award winning business based in Trafford Park is growing and as such are looking to add to their credit control team.
The Credit Controller will be responsible for the Administration and Management of customer accounts, including any point of chasing invoicing queries and accounts in arrears.
- Provide an efficient and professional level of pro-active account management and customer service
- Create and allocate daily banking sheets.
- Allocate daily BACS / CHQ / CSH receipts in sterling, euros, and dollars.
- Undertake ledger reviews with the line Manager on a monthly basis with special focus on any debts which are more than 30 days overdue.
- Resolve outstanding customer queries in a professional manner and on a timely basis.
- Process new customer Account Application Forms,
- Obtain credit status reports for the management of customer credit limits.
