Are you ready to be the welcoming face of our resort, providing exceptional service to our valued guests? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our small, highly collaborative team as a Resort Receptionist.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Reception, making a positive impact from the very first point of contact.
As part of our close-knit team, you will assist in maintaining the Resort Reception's effective day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on being the initial face-to-face contact for our guests, swiftly and efficiently handling inquiries. Reporting directly to the Reception Manager, you will uphold the company's image, standards, and reputation, ensuring consistency throughout all customer interactions.
**The business**
Searles Leisure Resort is a family run resort that has been offering holidays on the North Norfolk coast of 'Sunny Hunny' for over 83 years.The Resort consists of over 360 Owners, 150 hire fleet and over 200 tourer and tent pitches and is based south of Hunstanton. There are many facilities at Searles, including a large Clubhouse and Restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and an 18- and 9-hole golf course. Searles is graded 5 stars by Visit England and is the Norfolk and Suffolk Camping/Glamping and Holiday Park winner for 2020.
**Rate of pay**: up to £11.50 per hour
**Contract & Hours of Work**
Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends and bank holiday working on Rota Basis. Hours will be within the hours of 08:00 and 20:00.

**Job responsibilities**
- Welcoming and checking in guests ensuring that all correct information is passed on to
the guest regarding their stay. Ensure that all customers and guests receive an excellent
level of customer service.
- Using the computerised booking system to make reservations.
- Ensure reception foyer areas meet high presentable standards and Reception is opened
and closed in line with department procedures and policy.
- Preparation of packs for daily arrivals and welcome packs for housekeeping department
to ensure efficient checking in and arrival process.
- Provide customer service and information for customers, which includes, customer
queries, potential future bookings, general resort information and complaints.
- Ensure that departures are prepared for so that the customers last contact with our
resort and team members are warm and friendly and an excellent last memory.
- Together with Guest Experience Manager, assist with resolving customer complaints
about quality or service.
**Requirements**:
- Reception Experience is desirable
- Administration Experience
- Experience of Guestline (Reslynx PMS), ResDiary (Desirable)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Full valid Driving Licence for UK (Desirable)
- Flexible Schedule, for Working hours.
