**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support site management team with H&S issues
- Ensure working parties are adhering to safe working practices
- Involved in weekly coordination meetings
- Providing reports and feedback to line managers
- Day to day operational compliance to ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 standards
- Producing and carrying out internal audits to an audit programme
- Assist with employee inductions with regard to HSQE functions.
- Continually identify and diagnose where compliance is required across the site / company.
- Delivery of aspects to put in place compliance activity where it is otherwise absent or unsatisfactory.
- Responsible for compiling company Risk Assessments.
- Deliver company briefing and tool box talks at local level
- HSQE Experience (5 years in a previous H&S, Environmental or Quality Role)
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Communications skills suited to relating customers and colleagues.
- Report writing in clear and concise English
- Ability to self-motivate, manage and organise own activities and projects
