**Job Role**:
You will act as the first point of contact to all customers, providing them with a high level of service.
- Calling customers based on your daily call sheet
- Pricing products for customers
- Chasing deliveries
- Customer queries
- Up selling of items
- Correctly inputting orders into the system
- Ensuring you keep up to date with all products
- Build & maintain customer relationships
- Close liaison with stock control to identify and up sell short stock dates
