**Job description**

**_Vehicle Recovery Driver_**
Due to continued growth we have some exciting opportunities: HGV days and nights based at our head office in Radcliffe.The role is based around Rescue and Recovery, this includes rescuing customers following a breakdown or road traffic incident as well moving vehicles to various destinations up and down the country.

The position requires self-motivated and highly flexible staff to work alongside the team ensuring excellent customer care feedback and being a huge part in helping customers often stranded in dangerous locations.

Whilst the role is exciting and rewarding it commands only the ultimate professionals and as such full training and onward support will be given to successful applicants.

**Key Duties**
- **Carrying out all legislative requirements for operating a Commercial vehicle**:

- **Rescue and recovery of stranded vehicles**:

- **Identifying and imaging any damage to vehicles pre and post collections**:

- **Professionally communicating through electronic PDAs to your colleagues**:

- **Ensuring all documentation are accurately and timely completed**:

- **Representing the business and our customers in a professional way at all times**

**Key Skills**:

- You will have at least 1 years experience in driving hgv vehicles.
- You will be highly customer focussed.
- To have a good knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures.
- To be flexible with working hours, as occasionally there may be a business need to work additional hours and possible nights out
- Dependant on the individuals experience and ability to meet the job description - relevant training will be given.
- Have a minimum 1 years HGV experience
- Clean License 7.5 ton or above (maximum 3 points)
- Clear DBS or equivalent
- Customer care background
- Flexibility to adjust shifts and times when required

Salary -Competitive, depending on experience, Will be confirmed at Interview stage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
