Binnen ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, dé specialist in vergrendeling en ontgrendeling van deuren, zijn we in verband met veranderingen in onze supply chain opzoek naar een Operational Purchaser. ASSA ABLOY maakt gebruik van een logistiek dienstverlener in Tiel waar de voorraad van de handelsgoederen voor de Benelux en het Europees distributiecentrum (EDC) ligt. Houd jij van de uitdaging aan om daar precies voldoende voorraad te hebben liggen? Houd jij goed de controle over gemaakte afspraken en ben je goed in het stellen van prioriteiten? Kun je het overzicht bewaren en moeiteloos schakelen in de hectiek van de dag? Dan is de functie van Operational Purchaser wellicht wat voor jou

Als Operational Purchaser onderhoud je proactief contact en bouw je aan de relatie met leveranciers over de hele wereld. Je bestelt onderdelen, eindproducten etc. en houdt controle op de gemaakte afspraken. Belangrijk is dat de juiste producten in de juiste hoeveelheden en op het juiste moment aankomen. Wanneer dat niet gebeurt, is het belangrijk om de gevolgen in te schatten, deze intern te communiceren, te denken in oplossingen en die oplossing door te voeren. Duidelijke communicatie en een goede planning zijn daarom essentiële onderdelen in deze functie.

**Dit wordt onder andere van je verwacht**:

- Je hebt jouw zaken administratief op orde;
- Inkooporders plannen, genereren, verwerken en controleren;
- Analyses maken van de voorraden en de bestellingen daarop af stemmen;
- Pro-actief handelen: klachten van klanten zien nog voordat de klant het zelf weet, en daar direct naar handelen.

**Wat breng je mee?**
- MBO+ werk
- en denkniveau aangevuld met relevante kennis en ervaring op het gebied van Supply Chain Planning/Logitiek/Operationele Inkoop;
- Analytisch sterk met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
- Communicatief sterk in zowel de Nederlandse
- als de Engelse taal;
- Ervaring met Microsof Office (met name Excell)
- Het is een pré als je kennis hebt van Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta).
