HR Caseworker

I am working with an Organisation based in Nottingham who are looking for a HR Caseworker for 2 Months Initially.

The role is full time, to start ASAP and paying £342 Umbrella per day. The role is in scope of IR35.

Minimum Requirement:

- Looking for an HR professional with strong communication skills (Planning, Accurate Meeting Minutes, communicating action plans, providing advice on processes)
- Prior experience within a Redundancy consultation environment and experience working with recognised Trade Unions
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and confident in pushing back when necessary
- Previous experience with Civil Service Compensation Scheme (Pensions) as these are rather complex and admin heavy

Security Clearance:

- SC Clearance is essential for this role and must be active at the time of applying. Please ensure WHERE SC is held, the date SC was LAST USED and the EXPIRY date. CV's without this information will be rejected.
